A beautiful African Grey Parrot, sitting proud with a knowing look. The original is produced using grey and black pencils and black ink. All feathers have been individually hand-drawn and there is a lovely texture produced in the mark-making.
 
This piece reminds me of an quote I once read - "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart". I love that saying - it fills me with joy.
 
This print stands proud on my desk, and makes me smile every day. It would look just as good on any wall, alone or as part of a gallery with impact.
 
Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm fine quality paper, I produced the drawing using black ink, shaded with grey and black pencils. The print measures approximately 10x13cm.
